These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, service proposals, quotations, invoices, agreements, and other applicable policies, constitute the terms governing the relationship between Digital Support and the User.
By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, engaging our services, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms.
If the User does not agree with these Terms, they should discontinue use of the Platform and services.

The exact services, deliverables, timelines, fees, advertising budgets, revisions, and responsibilities will be defined in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, work order, or service agreement.
Digital Support does not guarantee specific business results unless expressly agreed in writing.
Services may be provided on a project-based, monthly, quarterly, annual, retainer, or customised basis.
Depending on the engagement, the Client may be required to provide:
Business information
Logos and brand assets
Product or service information
Photographs and videos
Website or social media access
Advertising account access
Required approvals
Content or references
Other information reasonably necessary to perform the Services
Delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, unavailable access, third-party platforms, technical issues, or other circumstances outside Digital Support’s reasonable control may affect delivery timelines.
Any significant change to the agreed scope may require additional fees or revised timelines.
Digital Support may manage campaigns on third-party advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Advertising performance depends on factors including:
Advertising budget
Competition
Target audience
Market conditions
Platform algorithms
Account history
Creative quality
Landing-page performance
Client response time
Product/service demand
Therefore, Digital Support does not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales, enquiries, followers, reach, impressions, rankings, revenue, or return on investment unless expressly guaranteed under a separate written agreement.
Advertising platform policies, algorithms, pricing, features, and approval requirements may change without notice.
Digital Support may provide SEO and Local SEO services to improve a website’s online visibility.
However, search engine rankings are controlled by third-party search engines and may change due to algorithms, competition, technical factors, industry conditions, and other external factors.
Digital Support does not guarantee a specific Google or search-engine ranking unless expressly agreed in writing.
Where Digital Support provides website development services, the scope will be based on the agreed proposal or project requirements.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, images, documents, business details, legal policies, and other materials required for the website.
Unless otherwise agreed, third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, software subscriptions, paid themes, stock media, licences, or external services may be charged separately.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that its business information and legal documents published on the website are accurate and legally appropriate.
Digital Support may use or integrate third-party services, including:

Google Business Profile
Hosting providers
Analytics platforms
Email services
Payment providers
Design and software platforms
Other technology providers
Digital Support does not control third-party platforms and shall not be responsible for their outages, policy changes, account restrictions, algorithm changes, suspensions, technical failures, pricing changes, or discontinuation of services.
Clients may provide Digital Support with logos, photographs, videos, text, product information, trademarks, documents, and other materials.
The Client represents that they have the necessary rights, licences, permissions, and authority to provide and use such materials.
The Client remains responsible for any infringement arising from materials supplied by the Client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Digital Support retains ownership of its proprietary processes, templates, strategies, systems, frameworks, internal documents, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property.
Ownership or licensing of final creative assets, websites, source files, advertising materials, and other deliverables will be governed by the applicable service agreement or proposal.
Users may submit information, feedback, photographs, videos, documents, testimonials, reviews, or other materials through the Platform or during service delivery.
By submitting such materials, the User represents that:
They have the necessary rights or permissions
The material is accurate to the best of their knowledge
The material does not unlawfully infringe third-party rights
The material does not contain unlawful or prohibited content
Digital Support may use submitted information for providing requested services and related operational purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Any use of client testimonials, photographs, reviews, or promotional materials for public marketing will be subject to applicable permissions and agreements.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Either party may terminate a service arrangement in accordance with the applicable service agreement or agreed commercial terms.
Digital Support may suspend or terminate services where:
Payments remain overdue
The Client materially breaches these Terms
The Client requests unlawful activity
Required information or access is repeatedly not provided
The Client misuses Digital Support’s services
Continuation of the engagement creates legal, security, or operational concerns
Termination does not automatically cancel payment obligations already incurred.
Digital Support aims to maintain reasonable availability of its website and digital service environments but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The Platform may become temporarily unavailable due to:
Maintenance
Updates
Hosting issues
Internet or network failures
Security incidents
Technical problems
Third-party service interruptions
Events beyond reasonable control
Digital Support may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Platform or its services where reasonably necessary.
